Berenika Kołomycka
Berenika Kołomycka, born in 1983, is a comics author, sketch artist, sculptor, and graphic artist.
She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, specializing in sculpture.
She has collaborated with Grzegorz Janusz (on the comic book Wykolejeniec) as well as Marzi author Marzena Sowa (on the comic book Tej nocy dzika paprotka).
In 2001, she earned the Grand Prix for comics at the International Festival of Comics and Games in Łódź, and her works have been published in both Polish and foreign magazines as well as in schoolbooks.
She also takes part in collective exhibitions at home and abroad, and regularly conducts comic workshops for adults and children.
The children's comic book series Tiny Fox and Great Boar is her own project. Outside of her work, she enjoys taking care of her cat Mami and her dog Lisisław Fox, without whom the Tiny Fox series could not have been created.
