Charles Pépin

Charles Pépin is a novelist and philosopher, and graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris as well as the prestigious HEC business school in Paris.

Pépin teaches at the state high school of the Legion of Honor in Saint Denis (Paris), as well as at the HEC.

For the past few years, he has also led weekly philosophical seminars at the MK2 Hautefeuille cinema.

Alongside his teaching activities, Pépin was a longtime contributor to the television programs Culture et Dépendances (France 3) and En aparté (Canal +), and writes monthly columns in Philosophie magazine and Pyschologies magazine.

Pépin is the author of a number of books, translated into more than a dozen foreign languages, and has more recently entered the realm of graphic novels, joining up with Jul to create La Planète de sages (Dargaud 2011) and Platon la gaffe (Dargaud 2013; Uh-Oh Plato!, Europe Comics 2018).
